ELOY Awards honours resilient women across sectors

Established to celebrate excellence by honouring outstanding women who have shaped industries, broken barriers and inspired generations, the 15th edition of the Exquisite Ladies of Year Awards (ELOY) has been held.

Themed, ‘Celebrating Resilience’, the event gathered women from all walks of life who are constantly driving change in their various sectors.

Speaking at the event, the founder of ELOY Awards, Tewa Onasanya, said: “We gather not just to celebrate another year of excellence, empowerment and elegance but also to commemorate a decade and a half of acknowledging and honouring outstanding women who have shaped industries, broken barriers and inspired generations.

“The ELOY Awards, over the years, has evolved into more than just an event; it has become a symbol of resilience, triumph and the unyielding spirit of women who dare to dream. It is a platform that recognises not only the achievements of our nominees but also the collective strength that lies within every woman. We honour not just the winners but the entire community of women who continue to inspire.”

Onasanya stated that in a world that is constantly evolving, resilience has become the cornerstone of progress, hence the theme of the event.
